BSD Medical Reports Successful Cancer Treatments at Four Hos official

BSD Medical (BSDM) reported today that four cancer patients at four hospitals in Italy were successfully treated using its new MicroThermX Microwave Ablation System. The treatments, conducted within a four-day period, were attended numerous key Italian physicians, the company said. Med-Italia Biomedica, one of the largest interventional radiologyoncology distributors in Italy, purchased the MicroThermX system and coordinated the delivery of the treatments. Med-Italia's Director, Sales Manager, Engineering Manager, and 24 of its sales representatives were trained by BSDM personnel, who also monitored the procedures. The 24 sales representatives are currently selling the MicroThermX systems throughout Italy. Shares are up 4.08% to $4.85.
